Requirement Review & Specification Alignment
We begin by reviewing the complete technical and commercial scope. This includes 2D/3D engineering drawings, metallurgical grades (e.g. ASTM A193 B7, SS 316, EN-GJL-250), dimensional tolerance requirements, finish coatings, target quantities, and preferred Incoterms (FOB/CIF).
Manufacturer Matching & Capability Evaluation
We identify suitable Indian manufacturing facilities based on tooling capacity, production volume feasibility, machinery (CNC, forged, casting, optical sorting), and regulatory compliance (GST, IEC, ISO certifications).
Commercial Quotation & Prototype Samples
We submit a formal commercial quotation including unit prices, packaging charges, inland freight to gateway port, and container stuffing optimization. Where required, physical pre-production samples are dispatched via international courier for buyer dimensional and metallurgical sign-off.
Production Monitoring & Quality Testing
During production, manufacturing milestones are tracked. We verify in-process testing records, spectrometer chemical analysis, tensile and hardness tests, and coordinate Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) or third-party pre-shipment inspections (SGS / TUV / Bureau Veritas if requested).
Port Handling, Customs & Export Dispatch
Cargo is packed in sea-worthy packaging (ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets, shrink wrap, steel strapping) and transported to Container Freight Stations (CFS) at Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra Port. Export shipping bills are filed, customs cleared, and complete document sets dispatched.

Yes. For standard stock items, samples are typically available for courier dispatch. For custom engineered components requiring new tooling, initial samples (First Article Inspection) are cast/machined and submitted for approval prior to serial manufacturing.
