Terms of Business

Standard principles governing commercial inquiries, technical quotations, and international export coordination.

1. Nature of Engagement

InTouch Import Export & Trading ("InTouch") coordinates cross-border trade transactions between international commercial buyers and Indian manufacturing partners. Information provided on this website constitutes general commercial trade information and an invitation to treat; it does not constitute a binding unilateral offer to sell goods until a formal Proforma Invoice or Contract of Sale is executed by both parties.

2. Commercial Quotations & Validity

All quotations, price indications, and delivery schedules provided by InTouch are based on current raw material rates, ocean freight tariffs, and currency exchange rates. Unless explicitly stated in a formal written quotation, price indications are subject to periodic market review and physical inventory / production slot reconfirmation.

3. Specifications & Samples

Production commences strictly in accordance with approved technical drawings, physical sample approvals, or agreed international standards (e.g. DIN, ASTM, ISO). The buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of submitted technical drawings, dimensional tolerances, and material grades prior to serial production authorization.

4. Incoterms & Maritime Logistics

Trade contracts are interpreted according to ICC Incoterms® 2020 (such as FOB Nhava Sheva / Mundra, CIF, CFR). Risk of loss transfers in accordance with the agreed Incoterm. InTouch oversees proper export packing, container stuffing, and gateway port customs clearance.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise specified in a formal executed contract of sale, commercial agreements and trade transactions coordinated by InTouch are governed by the laws of India and subject to the competent commercial courts of Mumbai, India.
